Attention Twin Cities Survivors and Caregivers, we have a great opportunity for you to connect with others impacted by sarcoma. RIS Talk and Together Time is a monthly gathering of sarcoma survivors and caregivers. Its an time to stories, fears, and hope. There is time to discuss personal experiences with traditional treatments, trials, nutrition, and integrated treatments that may be of interest to others in the group. The conversation is open-discussion style (no chosen topic), and will vary depending on the interest and needs of those who participate. Ongoing participation is encouraged to build community and friendships among those who share the sarcoma patient experience.
Group meets monthly, on the second Tuesday at 10:00 AM (CST). Meetings last approximately 1 1/2 hours and are facilitated by a certified cancer group facilitator. Group is currently meeting at Caribou Coffee, 3354 Rice Street, Little Canada (just south of 694).
